What is ‘Skills Training’? At first glance, it sounds like we are training people new skills. This is true. But what kind of skills? Well, you have often heard the terms ‘soft skills’ and 'people skills' and probably said, “Oh, that’s the touchy-feely training”. Many have the misguided view that these skills are not crucial for the success of today’s organizations. We disagree.
