Operation Explore is a boutique organizational development company specializing in transformational journeys.

We guide organizations as they manage change, transitions, alignment, mergers, generational succession and culture shift. Believing that actions speak louder than words, we offer an array of approaches for enhancing the human potential. Innovation, personal approach, and high involvement learning are our distinguishing characteristics.

Since our founding in 1992, we have traveled all over the world to locations from Australia to Venezuela, from Canada to China, and throughout the United States. We have found the use of simple tools and models can make a significant difference on individual and organizational performance.

Once we have assessed and/or built the foundation of the right culture along with clarity on our purpose or why we exist. It is time to build the structure and processes to align around achievement of the strategy.
